# Rental Terms & Conditions — Bambinos Jumpers
This agreement is binding from the moment the Lessee pays the reservation deposit or signs this document, whichever occurs first. By confirming a reservation, the Lessee declares they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, on behalf of themselves and all guests.
1. Lessee Responsibilities
Designate an adult Attendant to supervise the IAD at all times while inflated.Bambinos Jumpers is not responsible for any damage, injury, or malfunction resulting from the IAD being moved or tampered with by the Lessee or their guests after installation.Return equipment in the same condition received. Any damage will be charged to the Lessee based on a valuation of the affected equipment, communicated with photographic evidence.No alterations, attachments, or decorations without written authorization.Inform all guests of safety rules. Lessee is accountable for all guests' actions.Ensure that site access matches what was declared at the time of booking (doorway or entry dimensions, presence of stairs, distance from unloading point). Any discrepancy will result in an additional charge per the Damage Fees schedule. If the discrepancy completely prevents installation and is attributable to the Lessee, the cancellation policy applies.Designate a representative to be present at both delivery and pickup. In case of absence, the restricted access fee applies and Bambinos Jumpers is released from liability for the condition of the equipment at the time of pickup.
2. Attendant & Patron Safety
Do NOT allow entry unless the unit is fully inflated and all available anchor points are secured (including life lines and structural anchors as applicable to the unit type).Evacuate immediately at winds ≥15 MPH or any rain; turn off blower after all exit.Group by size; never exceed posted capacity.Remove shoes; socks required. No food, drinks, or gum inside or adjacent.No flipping, rough contact, or hanging from walls, netting, or covers.Slides: feet-first, one at a time, arms at sides, clear landing before next rider.Deny entry to persons with heart, spinal, circulatory conditions or recent surgery.Power outage: stay calm, guide patrons out as unit slowly deflates.
3. Strictly Prohibited
Confetti, silly string, streamers, or foam — cleaning or replacement cost charged.Open flames, sparklers, candles, or grills near the IAD.Water on dry units · sharp objects · bare feet on slides.Moving the unit · use during rain or winds ≥15 MPH.
4. Weather
Adverse weather conditions are defined as any active rain or sustained winds ≥15 MPH. Under these conditions, the Lessee must unplug the blower immediately.
Bambinos Jumpers may cancel or suspend delivery when adverse weather conditions are present or forecast, per the cancellation policy. No refunds if Lessee continues against our express recommendation.
For operator-staffed units: operation is suspended immediately upon adverse weather conditions with no time credit or cost adjustment for elapsed rental time. If conditions prevent setup from the start, the standard cancellation policy applies.
5. Payments & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required within 3 business days of booking to confirm your reservation. Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation Policy below.Full balance due at least 5 days before the event. No cash accepted on day of event.Bookings less than 5 days out require full payment at time of booking.Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, ACH, debit/credit (secure link), or in-person cash.Failure to pay the balance by the established deadline entitles Bambinos Jumpers to cancel the reservation, retaining the deposit per the cancellation policy.
6. Cancellations
All cancellation windows are measured from the moment Bambinos Jumpers receives the cancellation notice during office hours.

Cancellation due to Bambinos Jumpers fault (unresolved equipment failure within 60 minutes, delay exceeding 60 minutes without prior notice, or operator booking error): 100% of amounts paid credited as Bambidollars.If the driver has already been dispatched and cancellation is due to Lessee fault (blocked access, date change, incorrect site declared, absent representative, etc.): 75% of the rental total is retained.Date changes: treated as cancellation of the original reservation and a new booking, subject to availability and pricing at the time of the change.No monetary refunds. All credits issued exclusively as Bambidollars.Office Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–8pm · Fri–Sat 8am–8pm · Sun 8am–3pm (PT)
7. Damage Fees
Charges are determined based on a valuation of the affected equipment and communicated to the Lessee with photographic evidence within 24 hours of pickup.

8. Release of Liability
THE LESSEE, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND ALL GUESTS, RELEASES, WAIVES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES Bambinos Jumpers, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities — including personal injury, property damage, or death — arising from use of the rented IAD(s), whether caused by negligence of Bambinos Jumpers or otherwise. Lessee agrees to indemnify Bambinos Jumpers from any legal costs arising from such claims. This Release binds Lessee's heirs and legal representatives.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], and the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [CITY, STATE], waiving any other venue that may apply.
9. Acknowledgments
Lessee has been fully instructed on the safe operation of all rented IADs.Bambinos Jumpers does not provide supervisors to accompany the IAD.After pickup, Bambinos Jumpers does not retain and is not responsible for any personal items left inside or near the equipment.Equipment is warranted in good working order. Any failure will be resolved by repair or replacement within a maximum of 60 minutes. If unresolved after that time, the cancellation policy for operator fault applies.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By paying the deposit or signing this document, the Lessee declares:
They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.They accept them on behalf of themselves and all guests.That all information provided at the time of booking (venue, access, date, and time) is accurate and complete.
